Email Marketing Specialist

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, ideally in eCommerce or with a CPG brand.
• Experience managing large subscriber lists and with digitally native brands.
• Familiarity with ad spend-driven direct-response marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Recharge is ideal.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including subject lines, messaging, list management & segmentation, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws.

Responsibilities:

• Developing strategy and leading the execution of Retention marketing programs across email, push, SMS, subscription, and CRM marketing initiatives.
• Creating and managing subscription workflows for customer retention, reactivation, and churn reduction.
• Working cross-functionally to design, build, and execute automated and triggered campaigns across direct marketing user journeys.
• Managing customer loyalty and referral programs.
• Overseeing list building, conversion flows, and abandoned cart/session flows.
• Maintaining marketing calendars for promotions and launches.
• Collaborating with omnichannel efforts and supporting cohesive campaign execution.
• Analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
