Requirements:

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to, and good standing in, any state bar or the District of Columbia bar.
• 3+ years’ experience supporting B2B sales organizations in contract negotiations.
• Experience in the tech industry, particularly online marketplaces.
• Privacy experience.
• A combined 6+ years’ legal experience in law firm and in-house environments.
• Strong track record of efficiently drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proven negotiation experience with in-house and external counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate a wide range of commercial sales agreements.
• Build and improve contract forms and legal processes.
• Develop a risk-based approach to legal issues.
• Collaborate with demand sales team and cross-functional colleagues.
• Manage standardized customer contracts and identify modification needs.
• Design and provide trainings on contract best practices.
• Represent legal team in cross-functional working groups.
• Advise on B2B product marketing materials.
• Work with legal team on privacy, tax, and regulatory issues.
• Handle projects supporting the demand sales team.
