Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
• 5 years' experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS/WLM configuration.
• 3 years’ experience in scripting or programming languages like Java or Python.
• 5 years’ experience troubleshooting integrations and performing MOCA tracing.
• 5 years’ experience with JDA/Blue Yonder custom development.
• Experience managing the software development lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SQL Database Server, Integrator, and Reporting.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with MS Windows and cloud platforms like Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex incidents related to Blue Yonder WMS/WLM.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving system configuration and performance.
• Implement code changes and system customizations as required by clients.
• Support system maintenance, including upgrades and performance tuning.
• Provide monitoring and proactive support to maintain optimal system performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients for continuous improvements.
• Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues.
