Requirements:

• 5+ years Sales Engineering or related experience
• Excellent documentation of technical requirements
• Engaging presenter with the ability to build rapport
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences
• Background in core banking and financial services industry
• Experience with financial technology solutions including Core Banking and Digital Banking
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Experience in defining systems strategy and implementing business solutions
• Excellent presenter capable of articulating vision and addressing questions
• Experience with system configuration using workflows, APIs, etc.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Staying current with latest product releases and product roadmap
• Conduct product demonstrations (in-person and remote)
• Lead discovery meetings to identify/document product gaps
• Qualify and identify prospect needs in collaboration with sales executives
• Create presentations and diagrams capturing client requirements
• Act as a trusted consultant for prospects during due diligence
• Align prospect requests with internal roadmaps while coordinating with cross-functional teams
