• Experience in rare diseases, genetics, or related therapeutic areas is required.
• Experience in endocrinology is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to synthesize insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional planning and project management abilities.
• Flexibility to travel and work up to 75% of the time, including evenings and weekends.
• Must live near a major airport.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage speaker bureau recruitment and training.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and high-potential speakers.
• Refine messaging and presentation skills for speakers.
• Gather feedback from healthcare providers to inform marketing strategies.
• Attend scientific congresses and conferences to increase awareness.
• Serve as key point of contact for speakers in the assigned geography.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and align strategies.
• Maintain compliance with regulations related to speaker programs.
• Establish brand advocacy through scientific exchange.
