Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop technology solutions for implementations.
• Become an expert on Cohere’s product offerings to support successful client interactions.
• Lead discovery and demo sessions with clients to identify product gaps.
• Work with the Product, Designing, and Engineering team to address client needs.
• Facilitate tradeoff decisions based on client timelines.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the PDE team, sharing feedback for product development.
• Build scalable processes and best practices for the Solutions Engineering team.
