Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle/retention/email marketing, ideally at a DTC company.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of email marketing platforms and SMS best practices.
  • Proficiency with flows and automations.
  • Experience with subscription, referral, and loyalty programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (GA, CRM, BI).
