Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leads generation and managing KPIs and metrics.
• Manage information in weekly report(s) for the Managing Director(s).
• Coordinate with directors of three revenue divisions to devise effective leads strategies.
• Monitor, analyze and adjust lead strategies to maximize performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of six lead specialists ensuring targets are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
