Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance and repair of buses or heavy goods vehicles, including body, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Skills in electrical diagnostics, ideally with Multiplex systems.
• Comfortable diagnosing and repairing engines, transmission issues, and compressed air systems.
• Time served PCV/LGV Technician with qualifications such as City and Guilds or BTEC.
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent self-organising and planning skills. Flexibility in work hours.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft packages.
• Must possess a Full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure maximum vehicle availability for customers throughout North West England.
• Diagnose problems quickly upon arrival at the customer's site and conduct repairs safely.
• Manage both reactive and preventative maintenance activities as per schedules.
• Complete necessary paperwork for job closure and invoicing, including service worksheets and technical reports.
• Ensure service van is fully equipped with tools and parts daily.
