Requirements:

• 10+ years of partner marketing experience with a proven track record in driving revenue.
• Background in high-growth B2B fintech and/or SaaS businesses is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions utilizing analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market initiatives supporting partnerships and channels.
• Maintain regular communication with payroll and timekeeping system partners for alignment.
• Lead collaboration on joint messaging, enablement, and co-marketing programs.
• Oversee planning and execution of marketing initiatives like events and webinars.
• Produce compelling collateral in partnership with Product Marketing.
• Contribute to strategies for high-priority partners to drive referrals.
• Ensure accuracy in marketing and CRM systems, overseeing campaign management.
