Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting.
• 3+ years of experience preparing transaction opinions or performing financial advisory services, preferably ESOP-specific.
• Experience with transaction advisory engagements, timelines, and processes.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail in financial models and reports.
• Preferred: CFA, CPA, or other related certification or progress toward a certification.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis and financial and other due diligence.
• Prepare financial modeling and provide support for ESOP transactions, financial opinions, and valuation engagements.
• Participate in client discussions and due diligence meetings.
• Research and compile market data for prior or future transactions.
• Provide client presentations, transaction materials, and related correspondence.
