• Account management experience.
• B2B sales and/or business development experience is a plus.
• Comfortable discussing finances and leading client conversations.
• Ability to grow with the company and take on additional roles.
• Four-year degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Experience with rooftop/cell antennae leases is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts consultatively by asking questions and listening.
• Positioning Choice as a Trusted Advisor to clients.
• Growing accounts to meet Choice growth goals.
• Launching new clients with a focus on controlling timelines.
• Deepening relationships with clients to support their goals.
• Presenting and closing proposals to decision makers from middle management to the C-Suite.
• Selling on value, including new or expanded services.
• Successfully renewing agency agreements with existing clients.
• Thinking strategically while keeping attention to details.
