Requirements:

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role (Support, Account Management, Success, or Sales)
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, with technical know-how in analytics
• Familiarity with startup environments is a plus
• Experience in measurement, reporting, and data analytics, specifically Google Analytics and GTM
• A proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving and client engagement

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end tagging implementations for a portfolio of dedicated clients.
• Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition to the Elevar platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing tracking needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with data analytics and server-side tagging technologies.
• Collaborate with self-serve customers and mentor new team members.
