Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
• 2+ Years of progressively challenging public accounting experience.
• CPA licensure or actively working towards CPA licensure.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Solid knowledge of Internal Revenue Code.
• Ability to reason intelligently and use sound judgment.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal capacities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Audit of financial statements including cash, accounts payable, and expense analysis.
• Assist on special projects such as due diligence or mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop skills through reading, training, and accepting challenging engagements.
• Research technical issues and effectively explain engagement objectives.
• Identify and seek guidance for technical issues.
• Maintain awareness of general business trends and apply this knowledge to client solutions.
• Communicate issues and ideas with clients and team members regarding the status of engagements.
