Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, or CIS; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct application, with a minimum of 3 years implementation experience and 1 year of project management experience.
• Additional experience with Sage Intacct Budgeting and Planning, Martus Software, and Microsoft applications (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) is ideal.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing multiple projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service mindset and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Sage Intacct software implementation projects by providing proactive client consulting, project planning, and leadership.
• Document processes, timelines, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Conduct client business process reviews and prepare solution designs.
• Provide guidance to internal and client implementation teams as a subject matter expert.
• Develop financial and operational reports for clients.
• Conduct end-user training for clients and internal team members.
• Import and assist clients with validating data from legacy systems.
• Provide high-quality customer service and support.
• Assist in developing an internal expertise community for Sage Intacct solutions.
• Identify and recommend new strategic initiatives.
