Requirements:

• 5-7 years developing and managing email and in-app campaigns for a B2B or B2B2C program.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with subscription business models and relevant metrics.
• Experience using CRM tools for building automated email campaigns (Braze preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on A/B testing.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets and capable of troubleshooting and QA.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive activations and upsells.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign optimization and market setup.
• Ensure effective measurement and reporting of campaign performance.
• Develop long-term engagement strategies in collaboration with leadership.
