Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience as an individual contributor.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and messaging queues.
• Working knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (PySpark, Python, Java).
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of financial concepts is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities:
