Requirements:

• Must have a member-first approach and be motivated by Thyme Care's mission.
• Ability to act quickly and prioritize initiatives based on need.
• Experience in the healthcare field is preferred, ideally 2+ years.
• Comfort with technology such as Zoom, Google Suite, and EHR.
• Past experience working in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective members.
• Educate prospects about Thyme Care's services and enroll them.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with members through empathy.
• Obtain consent, conduct surveys, and identify urgent member needs.
• Participate in coaching and apply feedback to meet goals.
