Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET (Framework & Core).
• 5+ years of experience with Angular/AngularJS.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Knowledge of Jira and Agile practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Makes recommendations to improve team delivery.
• Provides architectural recommendations and design solutions.
• Acts as first line of defense for resolving technical issues.
• Leads daily technical discussions and aligns technical direction.
• Collaborates with Project Managers to develop roadmaps.
• Manages and mentors technical team members with managerial duties.
• Directly supervises software developers in the organization.
• Handles hiring, training, work direction, performance appraisal.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
