Requirements:

• Master’s degree in law.
• At least 5-7 years in a legal role, ideally within the tech industry.
• Strong expertise in Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, GDPR, Labor Law, and Corporate Structuring.
• Detailed understanding of Ukrainian employment law and knowledge of laws in Poland, the USA, and others.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in legal consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing various types of contracts and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Advising the board on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Representing the company in legal disputes including negotiations and court proceedings.
• Safeguarding the company’s intellectual property and managing related portfolios.
• Providing guidance on labor and employment law issues.
• Serving as a strategic legal advisor to senior management.
• Ensuring GDPR compliance and developing data protection policies.
