Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design of B2B or Enterprise products.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma and FigJam, or Miro.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Additional experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
• Experience in Agile or Lean UX processes.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications, from discovery to product roll out.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Mentor junior designers and guide their professional growth.
• Oversee development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring design consistency across platforms.
