Requirements:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on filling in-person roles in the United States.
• Minimum of 5 years in recruiting and 2 years in recruiting supervision/management.
• Experience in overseeing a team of recruiters.
• Strong proficiency in generating talent lead lists and cold outreach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify candidate red flags and make informed suitability decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to a well-defined recruiting process and the ability to suggest improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production and performance of a recruiting team.
• Review and understand the requirements of job roles from clients.
• Utilize tools to generate talent lead lists and perform cold outreach.
• Screen candidates based on resumes, applications, and interviews.
• Identify red flags and issues with potential candidates and exclude them.
• Align candidates' expertise with client job roles.
• Formulate talent recaps and recommendations for clients.
• Maintain accountability for client recommendations.
