Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the content team, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Prioritize tasks and manage team workflow, assigning responsibilities based on skills and availability.
• Drive the content strategy by taking the founder’s vision and translating it into actionable plans.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Ensure a constant flow of high-quality content across various platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate content marketing efforts.
• Oversee the creation of content types including blog posts, articles, videos, podcasts, and social media updates.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
• Review and edit content created by team members to ensure it meets standards.
• Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager to promote content and build partnerships.
• Facilitate guest appearances on podcasts and other platforms to expand reach.
