Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience in content strategy and writing for B2B demand generation.
• Background in journalism and/or agency experience.
• Experience with multi-channel content marketing, including various formats and platforms.
• Deep understanding of content marketing strategies and distribution tactics.
• Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex ideas.
• Experience with SEO best practices and martech tools such as MAPs (Pardot, Hubspot) and website CMS (WordPress).
• A portfolio showcasing B2B work.
• Experience in writing about or for financial services is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to create engaging content that contributes to the brand narrative.
• Partner with various teams to identify content opportunities for buyers at different stages.
• Evolve the brand narrative and messaging in collaboration with VP of Marketing and Product Marketing.
• Develop, write, and edit clear content across multiple platforms.
• Ensure appropriate content delivery across the buyer journey.
• Oversee content creation process and manage content calendars and editorial plans.
• Measure content campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
