Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, or Healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous work experience in a Market Research / Market Intelligence role.
• Familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative market research methodology.
• Solid analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Interest in competitive intelligence, healthcare technology competitors, and tools such as Crayon.
• Expertise in market research and analytics software (SPSS and/or Q).
• Expertise in online survey programming.
• Previous experience in healthcare or technology research preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Market Research Managers to manage and/or coordinate market research and competitive intelligence projects.
• Collect and analyze secondary and primary research data to assess market opportunities and trends.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and share insights with stakeholders.
• Manage survey incentive procurement and distribution.
• Recruit and interview customers to gather insights about healthcare technology.
• Recommend improvements for market research and competitive intelligence processes.
