Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business operations, ideally with some finance experience, preferably within an early stage SaaS company.
• Experience maintaining and tracking business compliance.
• Experience leading a team and scaling operations at a growing start-up to meet organizational goals.
• The ability to adapt quickly in a nuanced rapidly changing domain.
• An enthusiasm for creating structure out of ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team in supporting operational growth across the organization.
• Identify and spearhead cross-departmental strategic projects.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with business registration requirements and software compliance standards.
• Oversee budgeting processes and manage financial operations including quarterly accounting.
• Compile accurate data and metrics for investor communications and organization-wide reporting.
