• Attract candidates through various job platforms.
• Advertise open roles on various channels.
• Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities.
• Liaise with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
• Conduct different researches.
• Screen candidates via phone and video.
