Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a call center environment; healthcare experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in medical or mental health practices preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to schedule appointments based on patient needs.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficient in computer use and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of Mindful Care Services and treatment capacity.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Assist with patient scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Handle patient inquiries regarding payments and provide statements.
• Support on HIPAA form completion and necessary corrections.
• Assist with questions related to the patient portal and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide information about facility location and access.
