Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience (or 7+ years of experience).
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in product analytics techniques, machine learning, statistics, and experimental design.
• Proficient analytical skills for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Proficient in SQL and skilled in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Strong track record of forming effective cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience using data to impact product, strategy, and execution.
• Ability to clearly communicate analysis to others.
• Capability to research and learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage data analytics and machine learning techniques to inform product development, optimize user experiences, and drive key performance metrics.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to execute on opportunities for relevant insights.
• Understand customer needs to design metrics for product usage analysis.
• Conduct experiments, causal studies, and A/B tests to measure product change impacts.
• Complete the full analytics lifecycle, from business objectives to automated reporting and visualizations.
• Effectively present analyses and provide data-based recommendations.
• Identify areas for further investigation and scale your work.
• Drive a data culture within the Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
