Requirements:

• A minimum of 4-5 years relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Willingness to travel periodically (up to 40%).
• High motivation and self-starter with excellent follow-up abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Passion for web-based technologies and understanding of Smartsheet's functionality.
• Experience in configuring and implementing SaaS applications.
• Business process optimization experience.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Management or Technology Consulting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple concurrent engagements to implement Smartsheet across various client industries.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client processes and design custom Smartsheet solutions.
• Build Smartsheet solutions through prototyping, iterative build sprints, and client feedback.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, scope, budget, and client relations.
• Advise on best practices for the Smartsheet platform across industries.
• Collaborate with consulting team members on projects and development.
• Review and validate solution designs through testing and facilitate acceptance testing.
• Identify expansion opportunities and provide feedback to account teams.
