(Senior) Business analyst - Credit Risk

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a university degree specializing in banking, finance, or a similar field.
• Relevant practical experience in consulting projects in the financial services environment, focusing on credit issues.
• Experience in credit risk findings remediation across the credit lifecycle, including processes, risk management, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with credit platforms like Loan IQ, OSPlus, agree21, SAP, or Avaloq is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ability to work in a team, and assertiveness.
• Fluent in English, with German being a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Support challenging projects in the credit environment, including non-performing loans and credit risk management.
• Take responsibility for specific topics and lead projects and project teams.
• Continuously develop oneself to meet customer demands and ensure high-quality work results.
• Get involved in various topics and implement own ideas in addition to project work.
