• 5+ years of experience in data management, reporting and analysis in an education-related organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Apps Script.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with data automation tools like AirTable.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio.
• Experience with Monday project management software.
• Knowledge of industry standards related to data management.
