Requirements:

• 2+ years of partner operations experience, with direct experience with at least 2 CSPs required.
• 5+ years of experience in technology companies, with start-up experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience, particularly with API connectors to CSPs.
• Super user experience on Marketplace Operations tooling.
• Basic data analytics skills; SQL at middle level or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new processes and improve existing ones within Lead to Cash Operations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Marketplace process across multiple cloud platforms.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of partner programs for AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Identify growth opportunities with CSP tool and track partner performance metrics.
