Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Internal Commercial Team to develop a robust route to market for cold equipment.
• Align strategies and objectives to achieve annual cold penetration goals.
• Identify opportunities and work with external agencies to enhance cold equipment penetration.
• Create innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Conduct assessments of market programs and optimize based on data insights.
• Proactively manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and track performance against budget.
• Collaborate with teams to develop strategies to achieve sales goals and analyze sales data.
