Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in developing technical BI and data analytics solutions in a fast-paced industry.
  • Extensive experience with Tableau and/or Looker.
  • Proven ability to make strategic recommendations based on data to leadership.
  • Experience working with SQL and relational and multidimensional database schemas and designs.
  • Experienced in machine learning and data science, particularly advanced forecasting techniques through either R or Python.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct multi-disciplinary analysis to identify insights that help drive revenue growth initiatives and work cross-functionally to get the initiatives implemented.
  • Develop data products that improve efficiency of partner teams and identify right key metrics to assess performance.
  • Develop data process automation workflows to improve analytics processes.
  • Understand stakeholder needs and advocate for long-term solutions.
  • Identify needs, write documentation, and take ownership of analytic products.
  • Collaborate with various business units on requirements for new datasets and metrics.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote a data-savvy culture.
