Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably within enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of mobile development, cloud platforms, databases, and data analytics technologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to enterprise clients.
  • Experience in leading technical discussions and facilitating PoC evaluations with customers effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in crafting solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Preferred technical proficiency in mobile, database, or data integration technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide deep technical knowledge of Ditto’s platform during sales engagements to address enterprise customer problems.
  • Lead discovery sessions with prospects alongside the sales team to understand their challenges and offer tailored solutions.
  • Design solution architectures and manage PoC deployments that showcase the value of Ditto’s technology.
  • Create and deliver impactful product demonstrations, addressing technical and business use cases effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs and RFIs with accurate and compelling content.
  • Act as a trusted technical resource for customers, clearly explaining complex concepts to decision-makers.
  • Engage with product and engineering teams to relay customer needs and market trends, influencing product roadmap.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical insights and guiding prospects through decision-making processes.
