• 5+ years of full-time experience in management consulting, energy, utilities, or related fields.
• Experience managing high-value enterprise contracts and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in modern software tools like Gsuite, MS Office, and Slack.

Responsibilities:

• Own enterprise utility client program growth activities for assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for client programs and proactively measure business results.
• Manage client expectations on features and coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead planning activities for client meetings/workshops and maintain account plans.
