Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Practical experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
• Strong analytical, legal, and research skills.
• Master's degree in law.
• Excellent command of English, including legal documentation.
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and ready to work hard.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct negotiations and draft a wide range of commercial agreements including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, data processing agreements, licensing agreements, and lease agreements.
• Ensure the signing and storage of company contracts.
• Develop company policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research on various issues in foreign jurisdictions.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Head of the Legal Department.
