Requirements:

• 5 + Years Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering experience in the ServiceNow platform industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead the discovery of customer issues and develop technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge and skills within assigned practice majors/minors.
• Expert-level knowledge of pre-sales and the complete sales life cycle.
• Expert-level knowledge of technical solution development.
• Excellent communication skills and strong relationship-building skills.
• Provides proactive advisement to Customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform required.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
• A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow sales certifications and/or Presales certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Leads complex technical solution development related to NewRocket’s services and products.
• Collaborates directly with clients to develop and articulate technical solutions.
• Considered an expert in pre-sales and solution development.
• Collaborates with Sales teams to qualify customer needs through discovery.
• Participates across the sales lifecycle to acquire new customers.
• Provides mentorship and informal leadership to Solution Consultants.
• Leads product demonstrations tailored to prospects and existing customers.
• Scopes and delivers Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements.
• Conducts competitive analyses to understand differentiators.
• Understands business and technical problems addressed by products.
• Conducts transition briefings in conjunction with Sales and Professional Services.
