Requirements:

• 8-12 years of business-related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in technology Project/Program management.
• Experience with Agile Project Management principles.
• Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Proficient in project methodologies and management principles.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects to ensure success regarding scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversight of project economics with feedback on cost-benefit and return-on-investment.
• Broad understanding of the ServiceNow domain areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess and mitigate risk.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Comfortable in a matrixed organization and with ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Define project scope and objectives and communication plans.
• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
• Assign resources, timelines, and schedule for assigned projects.
• Facilitate crew and customer meetings.
• Manage project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope.
• Mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Manage solutions using Agile and iterative project methodologies and various project management tools.
• Develop or update project plans for IT projects including objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables, resolving problems as necessary.
• Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of IT projects.
• Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Ensure quality control standards and measure team progress.
