Requirements:
  • 10-12 years experience creating and managing social media content for brand/owned channels with at least 5 years experience managing 10+ direct reports with a focus on entertainment.
  • Ability to manage a high volume workload across multiple accounts.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Expert knowledge of current social platforms and experience with social listening and publishing tools.
  • Impeccable writing, public speaking, and overall communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple channels and content calendars.
  • Proven writing skills (technical and creative) and quick with feedback and revisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead innovative strategies, technologies, and big ideas focusing on social media as the central element of brand marketing campaigns.
  • Manage a team of content & engagement managers overseeing multiple accounts and nurturing their development within the company.
  • Craft differentiated plans and engagement tactics, managing content calendars for global brands.
  • Launch new client channels and grow existing ones, by distributing informative and entertaining content.
  • Manage content posting and strategic community interactions; identify trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Create community and engagement programming that authentically speaks to the audience.
  • Manage and determine the scope of work and staffing needs across accounts.
  • Present case studies and best practices related to engagement to senior leadership.
