Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in a similar role with understanding of cash flow management.
• Proficiency with Xero and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and multi-entity management.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the existing 12-week cash flow plan and implement monthly cash flow forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with the operations manager for necessary budgets and strategies.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and business performance metrics for actionable insights.
• Lead the finance team, ensuring efficient operations across all entities.
• Collaborate with the CEO on financial strategy and scenario planning.
• Produce clear financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage intercompany transactions.
• Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments.
