Requirements:
  • Minimum 15+ years of People experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success developing, leading and scaling a People function at a high-growth company ideally in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of people disciplines including talent acquisition, people operations, employee experience, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and DEI.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • A forward-thinking, people-centric approach to developing and executing successful People strategies.
  • Strategic thinker and leader with a hands-on approach to problem solving and execution.
  • Record of fostering collaborative environments and building strong relationships.
  • Keen understanding of communication and change management best practices.
  • Served as a key strategic advisor to Executive leadership teams.
  • Strong business acumen to align People initiatives with company goals.

  • Familiarity with people systems and software such as HRIS and ATS platforms; expertise with Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement People strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives, driving culture, performance, and employee engagement.
  • Drive innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent while providing a phenomenal candidate experience. Develop effective retention programs emphasizing career development, performance, and employee well-being.
  • Help define a comprehensive DEI strategy to support our goals and ensure focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Nurture a company culture ensuring employees feel valued, engaged, and connected to ezCater’s mission. Measure employee engagement and develop recommendations to strengthen productivity and morale.
  • Streamline People processes for efficiency, preserve data integrity, ensure compliance and maintain service to employees and leaders. Manage People Team budget.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs aligning with career growth and company objectives. Promote leadership development initiatives.
  • Evolve and innovate on competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Drive organizational development efforts, including workforce planning and change management initiatives to support company growth.
  • Partner with Executive and extended leadership teams to provide strategic counsel on People matters.
