Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience as a Citrix engineer in large environments (2000+ users), preferably in healthcare.
• Experience configuring Citrix technologies (CVAD, NetScaler/ADC, etc.).
• Technical certifications such as CCEE, CCP-V, CCE-V preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support enterprise-level Citrix environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain Citrix servers and ADCs.
• Identify and implement process enhancement and automation.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to Citrix systems.
• Serve as third level escalation for Citrix support.
• Engage in technical problem solving across various technologies.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support.
