Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Supports GitLab’s strategic large prospects and customers in the Ohio Valley region.
  • Provide account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process.
  • Conduct sales activities including prospecting and developing opportunities in large/strategic accounts.
  • Ensure successful rollout and adoption of GitLab products through strong account management.
  • Be the voice of the customer by contributing product ideas.
  • Generate qualified leads and develop new customers with strategic partners.
  • Expand industry knowledge and prepare activity and forecast reports.
  • Contribute to analysis on wins/losses and communicate lessons learned.
  • Assist in conveying customer needs to product managers.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues and develop formal proposals.
  • Develop account plans based on customers' business needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on strategies.
