Requirements:
  • At least 3 years’ experience selling into the Multifamily Solar or Commercial Solar market.
  • Knowledge of solar project development process.
  • Preferred knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Understanding of utility rebate programs and federal/local tax credits and incentives.
  • Experience in selling Energy Storage.
  • Knowledge of Energy Financing options such as PPA, PACE, EPC, EaaS.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Network with owners and managers of multifamily properties.
  • Collect property data to assist ICAST engineers in developing proposals and estimates.
  • Enter all sales activities and status updates into Salesforce.
  • Close contracts with multifamily customers.
  • Follow up with clients to resolve pending issues, including data requests.
