Requirements:

• Prior experience in account management or sales, preferably in the environmental services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of water treatment and environmental services is preferred.
• Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and effective servicing of assigned customer accounts.
• Conduct contracted technical visits according to the agreed schedule.
• Plan and prioritise sales activities and customer interactions to align with company goals.
• Manage assigned customers or territories in line with the market development strategy.
• Maintain and grow business with existing customers by promoting the full range of company products and services.
• Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins in accordance with agreed goals.
• Expand market presence by fully briefing prospective customers on company offerings.
• Meet the agreed number of appointments with customers and prospects.
