Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Motion Design or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D software.
• Expert in 2D and 3D animation techniques.
• Strong visual design, typography, and image editing skills.
• Experience with the Creative Cloud Libraries system and creating Motion Graphics Templates.
• Good understanding of JavaScript for use in After Effects.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and industry design techniques to attract, inform, and engage consumers.
• Knowledge of video production and rendering processes.
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating diverse styles and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create visual content for social media platforms to engage consumers, attract new audiences, and increase online traffic.
• Design unique graphic styles for multiple projects and clients.
• Work closely with Post and Strategy Leads to ensure all creative is aligned with digital advertising performance best practices.
• Conceptualize and develop the visual language of a project from design to production.
• Produce Creative Cloud graphics and templates for use in Adobe Premiere.
• Pay close attention to details such as a client Brand & Legal guidelines.
• Research and implement new techniques aligned with industry standards and trends.
• Create and maintain organized project files and adhere to file management systems.
• Be open to feedback, changes, and rapid prototyping.
