Requirements:

• Active/established Tennis player and/or coach showing passion for the sport.
• Entrepreneurial mindset capable of taking tasks from ideation to execution.
• Energetic, focused, charismatic attitude; numbers-driven.
• Proficiency in digital/social marketing on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Demonstrated ability to convince and recruit within the tennis community.
• Experience with third-party tools/systems and feedback documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-through and ownership.
• Professionalism, integrity, and ability to represent UTR confidently.
• Preferred undergraduate degree or appropriate 2+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, recruit, and engage the local tennis community through UTR Flex Leagues.
• Develop relationships leveraging existing tennis connections and marketing strategies.
• Analyze league and player success, presenting monthly analytics reports.
• Collaborate with the UTR Corporate Flex League and Support team for strategic implementation.
• Operate and grow the local Flex League market, ensuring awareness and value pre-launch and promoting growth post-launch.
