Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
• Experience in developing curriculum content or instructional design.
• BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud computing.
• Experience with version control, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Certification in instructional design, data analytics, DevOps, or related areas.
• Familiarity with Linux CLI, e-learning authoring tools, and instructional design methods.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the product development and instructional teams to create and revise curriculum materials.
• Maintain oversight of training materials to ensure quality.
• Utilize technology to create engaging content and identify learning objectives.
• Design diverse learning activities and develop solutions for training experiences.
• Create assessment tools and document training materials.
• Support the instructional team and contribute to content development processes.
